HELP

Where is my order?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. You can keep an eye on your delivery using the tracking information provided or contact customer support through our facebook page www.facebook.com/violetwolves1 or alternatively email us at violetwolves@hotmail.co.uk and we will be happy to help you track your order.

Have you received my return?

Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be retuned to Violet Wolves. We will send you a confirmation email once it has arrived. You will then receive an additional email once your return has been processed. If you havn't heard anything from us within the 10 working day timescale please contact our customer support either through our facebook page or email us at violetwolves@hotmail.co.uk with your order number and details of the item.

How do i return an item?

If you change your mind about any items purchase you can return them within 14 days of the parcel been delivered to you, Provided:

* The items are unwarn & unwashed.

* Items have all Violet Wolves tags attatched.

* You take good care of transfer of makeup.

All refunds will be made using the same method of payment used to purchaase the item and will be made no later then:

* 10 days after receiving the items back from you

Don't forget to keep postage receipt incase your return gets lost on its way back to us.

Can i exchange an item?

UK customers can exchange an item for a different size or colour of the same item. If you would like a differnt item, then you will need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

Can i amend my order?

We're super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click "confirm & pay" 
but after this point you will be unable to make ammendments to your order. In such a case however, return the item to us in accordance with our returns process. 

Why has my order been cancelled?

Our items sell out super quickly due to such a high demand and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. These cases are rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.

Do i need to sign for my delivery? 

We understand you might not be at home to sign for your parcel and where possibe Royal Mail will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour and will post a "something for you" card through your letterbox. If there isn't a neighbour to leave your parcel with royal mail will take the parcel to your local sorting office which you will then be able to collect after 24hours, alternitvely you will be able to arrange redelivery of the item at a more convenient time for you.
 

Will i be charged custom and import duties?

The price of the items do not include customs and import duties which will vary from country to country. You may be required to pay these when you except delivery of the items from your courier. If you refuse to except delivery of the items you have purchased the courier may return the items to Violet Wolves. In the event this happens, Violet Wolves maybe required to pay additional chargesto the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you. We will look to recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to you.
 

Do you have promotional codes? 

We offer new and exciting promotions, keep checking our facebook page for heads up! 
 

Can i use more than one discount code on my order? 

Discount codes can't be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Only one discount code is permitted per order.
